Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a product, as we would like to keep it available to everyone.

We try to send the package as soon as possible, so that you as a customer can enjoy it as soon as possible. We aim for a delivery time of 1-2 working days in The Netherlands. For other countries we aim at 2-5 days.

You can return a product up to 14 days after you received the order.

When the product is unused and unopened, it can be returned (well packed) at your own expense.

As soon as we receive the return, we will check whether it is indeed unused and unopened. When the return is accepted you will receive an email.
